The Idea behind Athens Living
I have lived in Athens many years and I think I know the city pretty well by now. I decided to make a series of short videos that would be of interest not just to visitors, but also to the many Greeks who live throughout the rest of the world (the 'omogeneia') who are perhaps a bit homesick and would like to see some news from Greece.
I have divided up the videos into different sections thinking that the 'places' section will be of more interest to visitors, whereas the 'people' section will appeal more to those who have actually lived, or are living in Athens. I hope, of course, that you will be interested in all the videos!
I am always glad to get comments or suggestions from anyone- if you have an idea on a specific subject you would like to see, or how you think the site could be better, please let me know.
